Terms, Conditions & Consent to Programs and/or Memberships

Overview of AP Founders

1.1. AP Founders is a non-clinical business that provides programs, education, courses, webinars, resources, consulting, and memberships designed to support founders, entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals in developing sustainable, psychologically informed approaches to business, leadership, and performance.

1.2. All information provided through AP Founders is general, educational, and informational in nature. It is not intended to replace professional psychological, medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Participants are encouraged to seek independent professional advice appropriate to their individual circumstances.

1.3. AP Founders is designed to deliver high-quality, evidence-informed educational content integrating principles from psychology, business, leadership, and sustainable performance.

Structure of AP Founders

2.1. Services offered may include, but are not limited to:

  • Online courses

  • Membership programs

  • Group coaching programs

  • Workshops, retreats, and training

  • Consulting and advisory services

  • Digital products and educational resources

2.2. Participants may independently implement strategies, exercises, or frameworks provided as part of programs at their own discretion and responsibility.

2.3. Program content may be delivered incrementally over time.

2.4. Pricing, payment terms, and program details are outlined on the AP Founders website or relevant sales pages.

Relationship with Rewired Psychology and Clinical Services

3.1. AP Founders operates as a non-clinical education and coaching service and is separate from psychological services provided through Rewired Psychology.

3.2. AP Founders is operated by Nichole Morrin, who is a registered psychologist. However, participation in AP Founders does not constitute a therapeutic or psychological service, nor does it establish a psychologist-client relationship.

3.3. By registering for AP Founders programs, participants acknowledge and agree that they are engaging in a coaching, education, or consulting service, not receiving psychological assessment, diagnosis, or treatment.

3.4. To maintain clear professional boundaries and prevent conflicts of interest:

  • Current or former clients of Nichole Morrin (through Rewired Psychology or other clinical services) cannot participate in AP Founders programs until at least 6 months after cessation of clinical services.

  • Participants of AP Founders programs cannot commence psychological services with Nichole Morrin until at least 6 months after completing an AP Founders program or membership.

3.5. Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of Nichole Morrin and subject to professional and ethical requirements.

3.6. If issues arise that are outside the scope of coaching, education, or consulting, participants may be advised to seek appropriate professional support.

3.7. AP Founders reserves the right to terminate participation at its discretion where appropriate. Partial refunds may be considered in such circumstances.

Privacy and Disclosure of Personal Information

4.1. Personal information may be collected for the purpose of program participation, communication, and service delivery.

4.2. Participants must review and agree to the AP Founders Privacy Policy prior to participation.

4.3. Additional documentation may be provided, including:

  • Participant Information Sheet

  • Program descriptions

  • Technology requirements

  • Consent and waiver documentation

Technology Requirements

5.1. Programs are delivered online via digital platforms, including website portals, videoconferencing platforms, and online learning systems.

5.2. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have adequate technology, including:

  • Reliable internet access

  • Computer or compatible device

  • Audio and video capability where required

  • Private environment suitable for participation

5.3. Participants acknowledge that internet-based communication carries inherent security limitations.

Conditions of Purchase and Intellectual Property

6.1. All AP Founders content, including but not limited to program materials, videos, frameworks, written materials, recordings, and resources, is the intellectual property of AP Founders.

6.2. Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or exploit any program materials without prior written consent.

6.3. Access to program materials is granted for personal use only.

Fees

7.1. Fees for programs, memberships, or services are clearly outlined on the relevant AP Founders sales pages or website.

7.2. Participants agree to pay all fees as outlined at the time of purchase.

7.3. Where payment plans are offered, participants agree to complete all scheduled payments.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

8.1. Refunds may be requested up to 48 hours prior to program commencement, unless otherwise specified.

8.2. Once a program has commenced, refunds are generally not provided, except at the discretion of AP Founders.

8.3. For memberships, participants may cancel future billing according to the membership terms. No refunds are provided for prior billing periods.

8.4. For coaching or consulting sessions, cancellations must occur at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session. Sessions must be rescheduled within the program period.

Consent to Participation

9.1. By registering for AP Founders programs or memberships, participants confirm that they understand and agree that:

  • AP Founders provides coaching, education, and consulting services, not psychological therapy.

  • Participation does not establish a psychologist-client relationship.

  • They are not currently receiving psychological services from Nichole Morrin, or have not done so within the past 6 months.

  • Participation in AP Founders precludes accessing psychological services from Nichole Morrin for at least 6 months following program completion.

  • They have reviewed and agreed to the AP Founders Privacy Policy.

  • They voluntarily consent to participate.

Agreement

I have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined in this Consent Form and have discussed any outstanding questions with A{ Founders. I agree to these conditions for coaching services provided by AP Founders.
